Canal Lake is a 24-peg commercial lake designed for enjoyable float and pole fishing. It holds healthy stocks of carp, bream, crucian carp, barbel, chub, tench, perch, roach and rudd, providing excellent sport for both pleasure and match anglers. Pole fishing is the preferred approach on Canal Lake, and the venue regularly hosts weekly open matches and over-50s competitions.
