Fisheries may use the platform to:

  • Manage lakes, pegs, events and matches
  • Upload fishery information and images
  • Access their fishery dashboard

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, ensuring all information you provide is accurate, and any activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

3. Content You Upload

By uploading content (images, text, match data, lake information, etc.) you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use it
  • It does not infringe copyright or third‑party rights
  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates these terms.

4. Platform Usage

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Upload harmful files or malicious code
  • Impersonate another user or fishery
  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorised purposes

5. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of user‑submitted data. Fisheries and anglers are responsible for their own content. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or incorrect match results submitted by users.

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error‑free operation, or that the platform will always be available. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by using the platform
  • We are not responsible for disputes between anglers, fisheries, or third parties
  • You use the platform at your own risk
